Dr. Nima Atabaki, PhD, PEng.

Dr. Atabaki is a faculty member at the University of British Columbia (UBC) working and teaching in thermofluid area. He obtained his PhD in Mechanical Engineering from McGill University, and he is specialized in loop heat pipes, heat pipes, HVAC, thermal systems, clean energy and energy conversion. He has also extensive industrial work experience practicing as a consulting engineer. He is also a member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) and American Society of Heating Refrigerating and Air-conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE).

Mehdi Hamidi, PEng.

Mr. Mehdi Hamidi is a Mechanical Engineer who has worked for more than 25 years in the industry. Mehdi has a lot of experience in building HVAC and plumbing design, building energy modelling, and industrial ventilation. His past work experience and expertise includes pipelines, desalination plants, flare lines, offsite and interconnection.

Houman Ghaemi, MEng

Houman is a mechanical engineer with 23 years of multi-disciplinary background in engineering, software development and project management. His role is often client engagement and business development. He has a keen eye for understanding clients business and project requirements, and communicating how Enerphoton helps them achieve their goals. Houman is passionate about achieving engineering excellence in solutions we provide, and treats client business goals as his own.
